Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you contact Evenfloor Home Access, what we do with it and how to ask about it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the town and a description of the house, and any photos you send. If you write for a parent, we may also collect your parent's name and contact details.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and book a walk-through
- To prepare the report and the estimate
- To schedule and carry out work you have agreed to
- To keep the records our contracts and the law require
Who sees it
Our own team, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email, scheduling and accounting. We do not sell your information.
Health information
You may tell us about a parent's health or mobility so we can plan the work. We use it only for that, keep it to the people who need it and do not share it outside the project, except with a therapist or doctor you ask us to work with.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work you asked for and to meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.
