Three things worth asking any remodeler
- 01
Look up the license
Search the state's lookup page for the license number and the name on it.
- 02
Ask for the certificates
Insurance certificates should name you or your parent as the certificate holder, and come before work starts.
- 03
Ask to see the plan
A written scope, with what is included and what is not, before any deposit.
Questions about any of it?
Ask on the phone or at the walk-through. We will show you the paper.
